Join us and become a part of the team! Onward Sports offers low-impact sports for adults, welcoming individuals from ages 19 to 100. All skill levels are encouraged to participate!

You have the option to either build your own team or register individually to be placed on a team. Each season lasts for eight weeks, during which practice and games will be held on the same night. Teams will have the opportunity to play two games, with an optional tie-breaker game if needed. Please note that this league will be coed, so when building your teams, make sure to have either two males or two females per team.

While there may be a level of competitiveness, the main focus is on fellowship and building relationships. Players of all skill levels are welcome to participate.

If you're unable to play but would still like to be involved, we are in need of referees and volunteers. Feel free to reach out to me if you're interested in helping out.

We are pleased to announce that we have two divisions available for you to choose from in our upcoming league. Division 6 runs from 5:45pm to 7:00pm, while Division 7 takes place from 7:00pm to 8:15pm. The games will be held on Wednesday nights for a duration of eight weeks.

During each session, there will be a 15-minute practice and warm-up period to ensure everyone is prepared and ready to play. The cost of entry for the league is $25 per person.

This is a coed league, meaning that teams must have at least two males or two females on their roster. We welcome participants of all skill levels, whether you are a seasoned player or new to the sport. Our goal this year is to have eight teams competing, so you can either build your own team with friends or colleagues, or you can register individually and we will place you on a team.
